BLOOD TOUCH--Welcome to the Gratista Vampire Clan

DANTALION

The newest member of the Gratista clan, he has been a vampire for a mere two years. Somewhat of an introvert, he has just a few friends. A romantic at heart, he believes in chivalry and true love. Would rather avoid confrontations but will fight to the death if he must. Dantalion still seems a little unsettled about his new lifestyle, but copes with it.

ANTONIO

Was sired at the age of 30, by Divanna, the Gratista clan leader, and has been a vampire for 200 years. Originally from Columbia, he is a nobleman, pretty laid-back and a true blue friend to Dantalion, taking him in like a kid brother. He exerts great physical strength in battles, has rapid healing powers, and is the voice of reason in times of trouble.

SALLOS

Became a vampire at 28 years old, and has been one for 10 years. Cocky, selfish, and extremely violent (even just for the fun of it), he has the tendancy to 'switch' from one emotion to another in a second. If anyone didn't know any better, they would swear he was bi-polar. Sallos appears to everyone as evil incarnate, or someone trying his damnedest to be.  He truly believes he is the only one who is the most evil being around, and has the right to be. His own normal ‘soft spots’ he considers his weaknesses, and tries his best to hide them. Sallos is very arrogant, slightly psychotic, crass, and most unattractively promiscuous. He enjoys a challenge, no matter what it is. He is obnoxiously reckless, and an instigator of trouble, only because he believes his immortality makes him one hundred percent ‘invincible’ which he eventually finds out is not quite the case. Extremely laid back to the point where sometimes he looks sloppy, he maintains an 'I don't give a shit about anything ' attitude. Has a personal vendetta against Dantalion, especially after Divanna began to favor Dantalion over him.

DIVANNA

Leader of the Gratista clan, she became a vampire when she was 30, and has been one for three hundred years. Next to The Elders, she is the second oldest in the family. Once an Egyptian farmgirl, she travelled abroad to build a new 'family' after her human one was killed by renegade vampires. They never knew she survived their attack. Divanna settled into the States after she found Antonio. She wanted him to be her second-in-command, but he turned it down. Later he was given the position anyway after Dantalion's unfortunate predicament. Although she was born into darkness, she believes in peace and non-violence, and maintains her family under such rules. Sallos tries to keep his rambunctious activities under wraps to avoid any reprimandings from her.

ALEXANDRA

A bit of a recluse with only two best friends. A muser as well, she takes art classes at her college. Has trouble expressing her feelings at times, therefore, when she has a problem, she tries to solve it alone, or her moods tend to 'show' in her artwork. Like Dantalion, she seeks for a true love, and the night they meet, there's an instant attraction; a pairing of souls that were meant to be together for an eternity...almost.

SAMANTHA

Bubbly, spunky, and quite the extrovert, she is Alexandra's childhood friend. Majoring in Theater at the same college and having an interest in occult things, she is the one who adds light to Alexandra's sometimes dark and gloomy world.

KURT

Very overt and outspoken, he can be blatant and very lively at any party. Majoring in Film and Video, he has interests in 'warped horror' movie making, often trying to place Alexandra in the starring role. He likes to make her laugh, also knowing she has that sad side that needs cheering up. Not too fond of stressful situations, he'll still come through in a pinch.

CHARACTERS FROM BLOOD TOUCH II

De Marcus Soto—Became a vampire at age 38 and has been one for 200 years. Owner of an extremely popular exotic dance club in downtown Philadelphia called "The Resurrection". An entrepreneur and business tycoon, he takes Alexandra in after her mishap and tries converting her into one of his ‘dependants’. He’s extremely sly, conniving, a power-monger, and untrustworthy.

Chernevog—Known as Chernov to his friends and associates. At 29 years old, he is De Marcus’s bodyguard. He’s extremely large and intimidating-looking. Although Chernov expresses his distaste for De Marcus and his ways, he remains loyal to De Marcus only because he saved Chernov from getting killed many years ago while he was traveling abroad in Germany. Chernov has a soft spot for Alexandra, and looks after her like a big brother.

Dorian-Became a vampire at the age of 24 and has been one for only a couple of years. He is the host for De Marcus’s club. Extremely snobbish, he constantly gets under Alexandra’s skin.

Paul—24 years old, he has a vague resemblance to Dantalion. Alexandra starts to fall for him after her and Dantalion’s demise. Unbeknown to Alexandra, Paul has a little secret he has kept hidden for years…except from certain doctors. He loves Alexandra to pieces since she was the first to love him for who he was. Suffering from low self-esteem, Alexandra is like his sustainer.

Cory, Aris,(L to R top) Ty and Raphael(L to R bottom) —All four are well known as Sallos’s gang. Cory became a vampire at 24 and has been one for a few years. He is Sallos’s ‘main man’ and confidante. Always in Sallos’s shadow, he tries to stand out and take charge within the group when he isn’t around. Raphael became a vampire at 26 and has also been one for a short time. Laid back, he is somewhat like a Casanova, but not nearly as extreme as Sallos. Aris became a vampire at 25, also ‘young’ in vampire years. Very often doing stupid things, he takes every day in stride, and loves to drink. Ty became a vampire at 23, also very young. Reluctant to accept his new lifestyle, he doesn’t approve of a lot of the things Sallos does. He’s often the last to speak, only because the others poke fun of him sometimes. He merely hangs with them, or else he wouldn’t have others to converse with. Ty is also somewhat of a loner, but very intelligent and artistically talented like Alexandra.

Jen, Janet, and Kira (L to R)—Jen was one of Sallos’s pets. Age 18, she was freed when Sallos never returned from the skirmish with Dantalion. She found her way to De Marcus’s club and wound up being an exotic dancer. She often has prophetic dreams. Janet is a bit ditzy. Also age 18, she takes a liking to Alexandra, often trying to impersonate her ways, which Alexandra finds irksome. Janet also became a dancer for De Marcus and quickly became a pet for him, as did Jen. Kira became a vampire at age 24 and has been one for a few years. She immigrated to the United States from Africa and De Marcus also took her in and trained her to be a dancer as well. She and Alexandra became friends as they tried to figure a way out of De Marcus’s clutches.

You are: Antonio You prefer to keep things in line. You hate discord. You're definitely an overseer of things. Chivalrous with a commanding presence. Strong, wise and a bit of a brooder, you have no problems whacking someone back in line if they get out of hand. You don't do too well with 'Sallos' type people. You've seen it all, done it all, and now you're just watching everyone else screw up, offering advice when you can. If people actually listen is a different story altogether....
