RCMP search Vancouver Island lake in investigation of Kimberly Proctors death
VICTORIA, B.C. – RCMP divers were searching a Vancouver Island lake on Wednesday along the same winding hiking trail where the burned body of a Grade 12 student was found nearly two weeks ago.
