vampire ACADEMY RELATED!?!?!?

Now, this is just really random, and I REALLY love vampire academy, but I just have one question, and you see, it bugs me alot..
Okay, here it is…
When Rose punches Mia in the face, its says that she did it harder then she hit Jesse… Okay, my question is .. WHEN THE HELL DOES SHE HIT JESSE!?!?!
I have read the book again and again, and I cant find any thing to do with Jesse getting hit by Rose… Now, here is my task for you…. The person who is able to tell me the page number/s on which this event occurs (make sure its accurate), gets an easy 10 points. See, easy.
Now, go and search through your vampire academy book and find me the stupid page.

I remember reading or watching an interview of Richelle Mead’s where she was asked about this supposed *fight*. What she said was that it was a typo. She had a part that was cut where Rose starts a fight in Mr. Nagy’s class, and that other part after punching Mia where the fight is mentioned was left in accidentally. On page 171, Rose walks away from what would have been a fight with Jesse. And on page 277 Rose punches Mia and mentions her *fight* with him. It’s really too bad that Rose didn’t punch him. He deserved much worse than that. 
Another typo I’ve seen is Jill’s element. In Shadow Kiss Jill tells Rose that she uses air, but in Blood Promise she says that her element is water. It actually *is* water. I know this because I went to one of RM’s bookstore appearances this summer and someone asked that her that question. 
Really, I have to wonder why her editors don’t catch these things?
